Hello and welcome.....

My name is Carole Parncutt and I have over 7 years experience working with individuals and organisations as a Counsellor and Personal Coach - I am passionate about working with individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspirations. I am based in Merston (sited conveniently on the A259 between Chichester and Bognor Regis)and provide a safe, comfortable and confidential setting in which to work. I offer daytime and evening appointments during the week plus Saturday mornings. The cost of counselling and coaching for individuals is £35 per hour.

I work with a wide range of issues (as listed on my other pages) and have a special interest in helping individuals develop confidence and self esteem. I work with individuals on both a long and short term basis (usually 6 weeks)and offer the following services:

    My training incorporates a number of models including Person Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I frequently attend further training to ensure that my professional development is ongoing - I am currently completing the Master Practitioner Programme with the National Centre for Eating Disorders.
